Comics No Toxico, more commonly referred to as CNTs, come from Spain. They are unlicensed smurfs of a similar quality to licensed ones. One of the things that make CNTs stand out is their vibrant colours. I am still learning about these lovely smurfs but I do know that there are many variations out there and I really don't have that many! Many don't have any markings as they've lost their sticker that says "comics no toxico". I would strongly suggest going to a trusted friend or dealer to learn more about these smurfs.
